Public classes - Teach a series of MS Office 2000 & 2003 classes to patrons

Staff - Troubleshoot for staff as well as offering refresher or intermediate levels of MS Office classes.

Also design and teach classes for staff in general areas of organization - new member orientation, email, internal systems (timecard, bug reporting, calendaring) and use of library resources to assist patrons (specific databases, resourcces, computer troubleshooting).
