I've been using Captivate 2 for the last year to create a number of library tutorials. You can view them online at [http://www.regis.edu/library.asp?page=research.tutorials|]. I've just updated to Captivate 3, and I'm also working on how to integrate Google Analytics into Captivate and Flash based tutorials.
